ANITA is absolutely amazing. She knows the body so well that you don't even have to tell her what area is tense or tight. I do ultrasounds for a living for over 14 years now and she caught that my arms were tight and she did cupping and my arms have NEVER felt so soft and loose ever!

I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis in one foot since May. When I scheduled the appointment online, I made it for a couple weeks out but mentioned I was experiencing pain. I received a call within an hour offering to get me in the next day (a Sunday) with Diana. I had a myofascial massage with Diana a week ago.
I’ve been seeing Bre for deep tissue massage therapy and I can already tell a huge difference. Ive had other deep tissue massages elsewhere and they felt good but were not really effective. With Bre, I no longer have headaches, my range of motion is so much better and I’m not in much pain anymore.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
