From the reviews

When you people opened, I stopped by for a massage. Paige was great! I came out feeling like a new person. My only concern is that the $65 price tag is higher than I can pay on a regular basis. Since then, I've noticed they are advertising on Groupon and Living Social Deals. I'm going to have to return! Kent

Top-notch Company and business. It is always clean and the staff is always nice. Paige is always great when it comes to working on specific areas. My shoulders were in bad shape and she was able to work them all out. Always great service. Highly recommend.

The utmost in massage professionalism! I have been going to Michele for nearly four years and the medical and comfort factors are such a great value. Competitive pricing but an exceptional massage therapist!

Michele and Paige are the best at what they do! They have a passion for their craft and make every visit personalized to your needs. I can't recommend them enough!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
