The party suite was just perfect for my daughters Sweet "16" Birthday. Heather coordinated everything directly with the girls. The day of the party, we were able to get in early to decorate and setup. We loved the photo booth closet and the private bathroom and kitchen area. 3 hours was perfect for our group of 8.
This place was awesome. I had a mineral bath and deep tissue massage as a Christmas gift and I feel like a new woman. Shauna was superb and she knows what she's doing. I highly recommend this place and her to everyone I know. I will definitely be back. Can't wait . Thank you so much Olympia Spa....
As a Level 7 Google Local Guide, I can say Olympia Salon & Spa is a really unique and historic spot. They offer hair, massage, yoga, and event space, and even sell sage, crystals, incense, and other wellness items.
Thoroughly enjoyed my massage and the manner in which it was done, extremely relaxing. Firm pressure but not overly aggressive just the right balance to enjoy myself fully and almost fell asleep. It was very soothing. Highly recommend as both my wife & I did a couples massage and enjoyed ourselves from start to finish.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
