From the reviews

The best chiropractor in the Midwest. He’s very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable with any and all techniques and tools he uses. He only tells when you really need to come in and isn’t just about getting patients in and getting their money. Very comprehensive and highly recommended.

I started seeing Dr. Greg when I was pregnant. He did an amazing job at helping to keep my back pain at minimum during pregnancy. He is a family guy and genuinely cares about his patients. I never feel like a number to him.

★★★★★ — Crystal, Jul 2021

I took my 6 week old baby girl to Dr. Greg today for the first time and it was a wonderful experience! The staff is extremely friendly and welcomed my toddler who came along. Dr. Greg was very informative and gentle with my baby and helped bring her relief in just one visit.

★★★★★ — Hannah, Feb 2026

I absolutely love Dr. Greg! He helped me with lower back / shoulder problems throughout pregnancy. He always recommends alternative natural ways to reduce stress and to veer into a healthier route of how to go about things. I would highly recommend to friends and family!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
