Why Of Earth Healing Arts LLC is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “use the restroom (although you are always welcome to so you aren't distracted). After your massage, you may feel lighter, more relaxed, and connected to your body. If you are receiving deeper work or modalities such as cupping, trigger…” source →

The TLDR version: This woman is pure magic, her hands have a way of knowing exactly what you body and spirit needs, without you having to ask. 10/10, highly recommend!

Where do I begin. I’ve been getting body work from Emma consistently for 2 years now. I’m also an LMT and it’s really hard to find someone that treats you like a client and not always a fellow LMT. I look forward to my sessions more than anything else in my life.

Emma is incredible!!! Her energy is very nurturing and her space is the coziest. I am a massage therapist and I am so grateful to have met her! Her style combines effective technique and anatomical knowledge with intentional energy the deepest relaxation I’ve ever felt in a massage.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
