It's a freaking five star 🌟 deep tissue massage spa I've been coming here for years in that time span this place has really had a facelift ! This place does your back, the shoulders, face everything ! I've rolled my ankle had back spasms they've taken care of all my aches and pains and got me back to 100%
I haven't had a massage in a LONG while so today I decided to treat myself to an hour massage and it was the best ever! I've had some good massages in the past & bad ones, but today was the BEST massage I have ever had! I like a deep tissue and it was fantastic. This spot is on🔥! I 💕💕💕 their techniques. I favor men whn it come to massages due to deep tissue is much affective to me with a guy masseuse ,but one day the lady in the shop did my back massage and she wrked it out😊. 5👍up! My go to spot for quick and or long massages!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
