I cannot speak highly enough about my experience here. The entire team is exceptional in every way. The staff is not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in the well-being of their patients.
Definitely 👍 a 5 star experience. The therapist stays with you and works on you for a full 30 minutes. For the next 30 minutes the assistant carefully teaches you a series of exercises. The assistant also stays with you for 30 minutes making sure that u are doing exercises correctly.
I had spine surgery March 2024, laminectomy and fusion of 3,4,5. This is so you know how serious the surgery was. At 7 months post I started therapy and it has been amazing. I am not qualified to describe how it all worked but my primary therapist, Bianca, was amazing.
I have worked with Dr.Karl Rusch, my physical therapist over several years. I can't praise him enough for his expertise and care. Recently I broke my femur(hip) and my recovery was complicated by other underlying conditions. His expertise, patience and kindness helped me to make a steady, continuous, recovery.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
