From the reviews
I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with NU House and their exceptional team—RJ, Savanna, and Toni. In February 2025, I suffered a severe lumbar injury involving four herniated discs and significant nerve compression that left me completely debilitated.
I tried almost everything for my skin—dermatologists, prescriptions, spearmint tea, all the things. Nothing really worked, and I was seriously considering Accutane. I started seeing Bree, and she's been a total ✨game changer✨ My skin has improved so much, and for the first time in years, I actually feel good in it.
My colleague/friend and NuHouse instructor, Brooke Zellner prompted me to try a class! My son and I went to the Riggs-Yoga with Weights class today! It was an amazing experience! Riggs did a fantastic job guiding participants from start to finish! Left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
This place is truly a gem. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the calm, intentional energy. The space is BEAUTIFULLY designed, clean, and welcoming. Every treatment feels personalized, thoughtful, and restorative. The Void compliments The House perfectly.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
