Why Norwalk Sports & Spine is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “Western practitioners view the acupuncture points as places to stimulate nerves, muscles and connective tissue. This stimulation appears to boost the activity of your body's natural painkillers and increase blood flow. Cupping uses plastic…” source →

From the reviews
I have been seeing Dr Queiros for a couple of years now for neck and upper trap pain. He has been doing graston and cupping treatments on my neck and trap muscles and it definitely has been working. My movement/range of motion without pain gets better with every treatment.
I was involved in over 4 car accidents pretty much back to back & Dr.Q & the massage therapist at NSS helped with my physical therapy & back treatment to the point that I was able to resume doing my favorite hobbies again with minimal discomfort.
I've visited NS&S numerous of times for back and knee injuries. Dr. Q & Dr. Mac and the staff here are awesome. I highly recommend their expertise. They offer great services and results.
The whole staff is caring and understanding of my needs. Karma at the front has been amazing with all her help always great to talk to whenever I go in. After 2 surgeries and countless visits to PT and medication to help with my back nothing ever seemed to work.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
