From the reviews

I've seen chiropractors before, but obviously not good ones. I left this office feeling like a whole new person. The dr is amazing, fully explains what is going on and what he is going to do to help. I've had sciatic pain for so long and it was immediate relief I found. I highly recommend going here!!

Dr. Luke Seifers, D.C. is exceptional at what he does. His treatment was not only effective but also tailored to my specific needs, providing immediate relief and a noticeable improvement in my overall back health.

★★★★★ — Spencer, Jun 2025

I've been to lots of chiropractors over the last 20 years for my chronic issues. Dr. Seifers is awesome! He does a thorough job with the initial consultation to get an idea of what you're looking for. It was easy with me since I've been seeing chiropractors for 20 years.

★★★★★ — Zee, Jun 2019

I have multiple herniated discs, and moderate to severe TMJ both on the left side, and the staff here is amazing and thorough on each visit targeting my variances in pain and stiffness and flare ups. Honestly the best office I've ever been to.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
