From the reviews
I’ve been a client at Norspring since the first year they opened and have utilized just about every service they have to offer- each has helped/continues to help my well-being and physical recovery to keep doing what I love to do with outdoor recreation.
I am 23 years old. I have been coming to Norspring for 6 months. I work multiple jobs and was going to school full time when I started coming here. I was having trouble sleeping from the strain I was putting on my body, especially my feet. I have not had any trouble sleeping since.
I've been getting several different treatments to manage my arthritis and crohns. The experience and results have both been excellent and I plan to continue going regularly! I recommend meeting with Bill and Linda for a free wellness consult so they can develop a plan that will give you the best results.
HUGE fan of Norspring. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Being a retired ballerina, I have to take care of my battered body more than a normal 31 year old should. It’s affordable and I always feel better after my treatments. I trust them with all of my aches and pains!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
