From the reviews

Joy and her staff are amazing! I have swore by her massages for years but now- this is incredible. I attended one of my regular massages but added the cryotherapy and the infrared pod first! And it was incredible. I had questions about both new experiences and some worries about cryo like- Can I get locked in?

My husband and I went in for our wedding anniversary and received probably some of the best full body massages that we have ever received! After our massages, we had a relaxing moment in their waiting room where they provided a charcuterie plate that paired nicely with the wine we were allowed to bring.

I had the most incredible massage experience at Nolla Wellness! It began by John, the therapist, listening to what I do for work, and what my body was telling me wasn’t working. He then left the room while I got ready and under the sheet and blanket. To my delight, the bed had a warmer and was so nice and comfy.

My girlfriend and I paid our first visit to this lovely place today and we cannot be more satisfied! For my birthday I was surprised with a salt cave session and a 60 minute couples massage and I must we are both on cloud 9! Sam and Zack were our masseuse's and they were wonderful from the moment we walked in.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
