From the reviews
I’ve been receiving acupuncture for almost four years to help manage my arthritis, and at the beginning of the year, I found myself in need of a new provider. After reading glowing Google reviews, I decided to try Noble Integrative Health, and I’m so glad I did. From the first visit, I could tell that Dr.
Love Dr. Tierra Hardin! She is a very patient, kind and respectful professional. I've had 4 weekly acupuncture treatments so far and have really enjoyed the experience. The office can be a little tricky to find. Enter through the 7307 corridor, walk straight to the back and up the stairs.
Finding NIH was truly a blessing. Everything from scheduling, the email reminders to her office is very professional and clean. Dr. Hardin is also such a joy. Going to new places and meeting new healthcare professionals can be nerve racking but she is such a kind and comforting soul.
Dr. Harden is the best doctor I’ve seen over the last several months She was referred to me by my sister. She asks questions before she starts every session and also gives you the opportunity for feedback. She is compassionate, caring and loving doctor. Please don’t hesitate to contact her if you want positive results.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
