Started my treatment at Head 2 Toe. I was totally disappointed. Decided to try New Life Spa. I started with an older woman at first. I lost hope that I wouldn't find someone with the touch of wisdom to understand what the body is saying or screaming for help with severe pain. Sofia took over.
The ladies that worked on my husband and I were just amazing!! 🤩 My eyes feel relaxed, my arms just want to hang! They walked on our back! 🤩🤩 With our 30 min full body massage we also added the hot rocks! Awwww it was just what we needed and more!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
