From the reviews

I came to Accuouncture for lower back pain and ended up leaving with multiple benefits. I found it extremely helpful for lower back pain, specially combined with cupping. Catherine also used points to reduce bad dreams and my sleep has improved.

★★★★★ — Barbara, Mar 2024

I have been coming with Dr. Lin to get acupuncture for chronic health conditions related to my nervous and immune system. I also stopped having food cravings and have more energy right now. People noticed a shift in my energy after the first week of attendance.

★★★★★ — Andrea, May 2024

I’m writing this review specifically for Michael Constantino, who has been an absolute professional—and truly an angel—to work with. I began seeing him weekly about 6 months ago after a serious health scare that led to multiple ER visits and surgeries.

★★★★★ — Yosselin, Dec 2025

I have been really pleased with Darquin and the care I have received since 2022. I came here for a variety of symptoms and issues through the years ranging from back pain that was unbearable in 2nd trimester of pregnancy to trying to help induce labor / flip a breach baby in 2023.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
