From the reviews
Dr. Russell has done a great job of finding ways to help my back heal, whether it be cupping, scraping, or stretching. She’s always extremely friendly and outgoing. I’ve gone from daily pain to being able to go throughout my day without concern that my next move could leave me stuck in bed.
Dr. Maggie has been treating me for several months. Her treatments have helped relieve my back pain considerably. She has used graston and cupping along with standard chiropractic techniques. Very thankful to have found Dr. Maggie for my back pain treatment.
Dr. Maggie is amazing! When I started with her she analyzed me to see what was going on. She then used the tens unit on my knee and then she did cupping, which I've never had done. After those were done she adjusted everything and I stood up feeling 100%.
Would give 10 stars if it was possible. Most chiropractors focus on what your pain is, and getting you temporary relief. That’s not the story here. Dr. Maggie is focused on the root cause, and addressing that concern, so that you don’t need to keep coming back for the same thing over and over again. Dr.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
