From the reviews

The Veteran Affairs approved Community Care -Zeel for my partial tear rotator cuff and capsilitis ... so I took a chance bc clearly I saw my husband's satisfaction and results of his massages that still continue improving his quality of life.

Owners Liz and Josh are the real deal. What sets them apart isn't just their technique, but their genuine, deep-rooted love for the art of healing. You can tell within the first five minutes that this isn't just a job for them—it’s a calling.

★★★★★ — Daryl, Feb 2026

oH MY GOSH!!! THE BEST! They are so nice and calm. I love how thorough they are with ensuring you are comfortable and that your needs are met. She accommodated me with my pregnancy and allowed me to lay how I wanted safely and even did an elevated position to where I could have my lower body worked on with no pain.

★★★★★ — Emily, Jun 2026

My husband and I booked a couples massage at New Bridge Holistic Health Center. Josh listened to my concerns and gave me an excellent massage with consistent, firm pressure. The atmosphere is comfortable, relaxing, quiet. I didn’t realize how much I needed a massage-now I feel like a new woman!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
