Went with my daughters for massages for some mommy daughter time. The people that worked there were all super sweet and welcoming. Our massage therapists really knew pressure points, they hit certain spots that had tingles and energy flowing all the way up to our scalps.
Annie was my therapist and bring an MT she was great! It was so relaxing and she hit every area I needed. She was very detailed. The place is very clean and the rooms are so nice and very relaxing. The oil used was nice and warm she used hot stones. She is very nice!
This place is amazing!! They are so welcoming and the massages are great you feel so relaxed! I would recommend Shindi she was great! They even gave us a complimentary little panda and a free gift for next time! Me and my sister are definitely coming back soon!!
Fantastic service. I work on my feet all day and came in for a foot massage. The massage was absolutely amazing. It helped with the soreness in the bottom of my feet and the pressure in my ankle. The employees are the sweetest.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
