Danny was my home health Physical Therapist as I was recovering from a hospital and rehab stay. After his initial evaluation, Danny planned a program of exercises for me to do while he was working with me and for me to do at home on my own.
I found Nevada Therapy Solutions while visiting my mom in Henderson. I had injured my knee while traveling several weeks prior and hadn't been able to get in to at PT at home before to heading to my moms. Daniel analyzed the injury, helped me with dry needling and gave me several exercises to help with the injury.
Tina helped me with some specific neck issues after surgery, and I would highly recommend her for any massage. She was caring and knowledgeable and gave me a wonderful massage.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
