Why Naturopathic Family Health is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “hat she can understand what is happening and why she is taking certain supplements. Very educational. From the reviews

I have been seeing Dr Parzynski for several months to address chronic pain in my neck & shoulder. The acupuncture, cupping and massage have improved my condition significantly. The doctor has been equally as effective in helping me identify the causes of the problem.

I’ve been going to Dr. Manning for over a year now and have had a wonderful experience. From the start she’s been very thorough in properly diagnosing as well as being helpful when making treatment options that are easy to follow and tweaking from there.

★★★★★ — Kimberly, Jan 2020

I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Manning! She is not only very knowledgeable in naturopathy but also understands the importance of Western medicine. She seamlessly connects the dots to an otherwise very overwhelming medical world.

★★★★★ — Emma, Feb 2021

Dr. Manning is amazing! I have been to many other naturalpath doctors and she is by far the best one I have ever seen. She takes the time to find out what is going on. She doesn't stop until she figures out what the problem is and how she can solve it for you. I have never felt better!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
