This was my first time ever getting a massage and I had a great experience. Keirsten was very helpful through the whole process from sending multiple reminders to answering questions and offering suggestions. Because I have never had a deep tissue massage I didn’t know what to expect.
I have never had a massage before, and going to Keirsten was a great first experience! Her space is very clean, and she is very knowledgeable about the profession that she is in. I have been dealing with some lower back pain due to be in 28 weeks pregnant, and she was able to relieve a lot of that pain.
Absolutely amazing massage therapist! She has incredible strength (she tailors pressure to you) which I need and have been looking for! She gives a fantastic massage while still making you feel comfortable and relaxed. She is so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable about what she does.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
