Post surgery lymphatic massages. The facility is clean, safe, up to date technology, great massages they are coordinate base on where you are in the recovery process. The package also included syringe drainage, heat massage, suction massage and they offer a range of different services.
I want to start by sharing that the service I reciprocate was booked by a very thoughtful new person in my life. I have never had a massage before so to have been surprised with a couples massage was nothing short of phenomenal.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at this MedSpa! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage, and the experience exceeded my expectations.
I went in for one lymphatic massage to test the waters due to a very high demanding job and needing a way to decompress and I HAD to buy a package. ALL 3 ladies who work at Nature Med Care Spa have the hands of angels whether you want the massage ranging to deep tissue to just a simple lymph node activation.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
