I’m not one to instantly leave a review, but I cannot express enough how grateful I was for not only the kindness, but last-minute booking that natural remedies provided for us, a couples massage. On top of that the massages were exactly what we were looking for, relaxing and peaceful!
My life has been stressful throughout and the last 20 years have placed my body in to decline. In the last 4 1/2 years I have gone through a divorce, my lovely mother died, my son has required more care, and, now my job was abolished at Ohio University.
Absolutely wonderful!! My wife and I frequent wellness centers like this often. We’ve been to great ones and not so great. I must say this place exceeded our expectations! The owner Holly was so kind and helpful during the whole process.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
