From the reviews

I have been going to Jean for two years now. She is very skilled at acupuncture and cupping and is gentle and caring. She checks on me multiple times during my treatment to make sure I am not in any pain or discomrt. After every session, I feel relieved and revitalized.

First impression: 4 stars. Why? My experience: The bed is a little small for my height (6’1). When I was lying down on the bed, I couldn’t fully relax my body and enjoy the treatment. The bed was pressed against a wall in a small room so my left arm and shoulder felt a bit uncomfortable.

I am very pleased in seeking Jean and her staff for losing lbs. The treatments have helped me to maintain a positive mental outlook by surpressing my triggers with acupuncture and cupping which is very relaxing that brings calm to the body and mind. Give it a try you will not be disappointed!

I learned about this place through a colleague and brought my mom here for treatment for her lower back pain. The environment was very clean, warm, and welcoming. The treatment room was beautifully decorated and created a very calming atmosphere. Dr.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
