I loved my experience here. I had never had a professional message. I went to her with alot of pain. She fixed me.. if I have need for a message again I would not go anywhere else.. I also sent my husband to her, he builds fences and I'm unable to message him because he has alot of muscles and they are deep.
Sapha really takes the time to listen to your concerns and thoughtfully tailors each session to what your body needs. A few months ago, I was dealing with persistent lower back pain, and after several treatments, the pain significantly improved. She does an exceptional job.
I was in a lot of neck pain and just happened to run across this place before they were even opened. I was set up with Tiffany and seen very quickly. She worked on my body and especially my neck. I have never had anyone work on my neck like she did. When I left I was sore but all my pain was gone.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
