Melinda and Cheryl are absolutely amazing at what they do. Both using different techniques. Im grateful for them both as My body is constantly in pain. They have helped me tremendously and keep me going. The vibes of this spa is spot on.
First time visiting. Walked in to check it out. Very Nicely appointed and you feel relaxed upon entering. MUCH more space than appears from storefront!!!! I had a foot detox and it was wonderful! I learned a lot about what came out of me from it and it 100% tracked for my problems!
A group of us did a “Girls Night Out” at the spa and it was such a great experience!! We had so much fun and left feeling so relaxed. Melinda and her staff were very accommodating and took very good care of us throughout the evening. We look forward to our next visit!
Such a relaxing experience in the 2-person salt room! There was a lot of care taken in the little details to make such a great experience. Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and will be returning!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
