Massages were never my thing, but the wife wanted to surprise me with one, and she found this new massage place, it was amazing. The massage therapist was so understanding of my pained areas, she dedicated more time to those areas while getting everywhere in a timely manner.
She was amazing! Very informative, and kept me in the loop of what she was going to do and why. She has a natural calming spirit, so that was a plus to help me relax with my "Lunar Mother's Embrace" (aka prenatal massage), BUT the power in her hands definitely did it! WILL BE BACK VERY SOON!

Jai makes sure you are comfortable and caters to you in more ways than what the type of service your getting lists. I yawned 5 times in a row before i left the spa after getting my stress recovery massage and hitting my aroma therapy inhaler. I will be back!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
