From the reviews

I had such a great experience at Myolab. I went in for deep tissue work and cupping, and it honestly made a huge difference. Wendy Goodwin really took the time to listen to what I needed and focused on the spots that were giving me the most trouble.

I've had 2 sessions with Ella and she's done a fantastic job both times. Great with people and excellent at what she does. I'd recommend the active recovery as well as cupping and scraping.

★★★★★ — Ryan, Jul 2025

Without a doubt, the best truly deep tissue massage I've ever had! After much persuasion from a friend, I finally went to Myolab. I wish I had gone sooner! I met with Adrian and explained to him all my issues and that I could never quite get a massage that works deeply enough to release the tension.

Ella was great with me on my first visit. I’ve had a bad hip for about 3 months. I’ve worked hard on rehabbing it. But after my MYOLAB session with Ella my hip began to make noticeable improvements. I’m back for more.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
