From the reviews
Abraham is a chiropractor like no other I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to more than 5. He was the first to name the muscles/areas of pain and explain to me what he was seeing. I was used to 15min chiropractor visits where I would get adjusted and sometimes still feel pain and stiffness after.
The assessment and starting session went great. Dr.Jay was able to assess my muscular problems and begin fixing them. I lift weights alot which in turn made most of my back muscles tight and twisted. He was able to fix those problems with electric therapy, cupping, and adjustment. Basically the whole arsenal.
Dr. Jay is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. He makes sure you feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment you arrive. He takes his time assessing your body and carefully listens to what you report, never rushing the process. He is truly a God-send.
Dr. Jay is absolutely great. He makes everything easy to understand and takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. You can tell right away that he’s very knowledgeable and truly knows what he’s doing.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
