What clients say about the cupping here
“Charleigh targeted and worked on specific problem areas while keeping the service nice and relaxing!”
From the reviews
This was my first visit. I've been looking for a therapeutic masseuse. I'm grateful I found Charleigh. Not only is she kind, and knows what she's doing, she listens. She was thorough, did a great job working my rough spots. I'll definitely be back.
Great combination of targeted therapy and relaxation. I especially love Charleigh’s method for working on acute or chronic pain areas to get results that actually make a big difference. 10/10 :)
I’ve never had a better massage! Charleigh targeted and worked on specific problem areas while keeping the service nice and relaxing!!
10 out of 10! Such a calming flow and energy. So much understanding of the body. So relaxing and yet also uplifting. Try for yourself!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
