From the reviews

I have been a patient of Dr. Jeff for over 10 years, and I cannot recommend him enough! Throughout the years, he has helped me stay pain-free and improve my overall quality of life. I’ve seen him at three different locations, and at each one, his professionalism and expertise have remained consistent.

Great team at MMT to keep your body moving at its best! Been seeing Dr. Sergent for years to keep things aligned, but the best is the hands on strength training / corrective exercises he does with you to keep those aches and pains from coming back again. Great for athletes!

I have been to a few other chiropractors before I went to see Dr. Jeff. I kept having sore neck issues that would not get relief from traditional chiropractic adjustments. Because Dr. Jeff addresses function and movement of the body, he was able to identify what was leading to my constant neck pain.

Where does the chiro go when he/she has a back ache? Last night as I walked my daughters into the house, I suddenly got severe low back pain. I was panicked. I’m a chiropractor and need to be strong, nimble, and flexible to do my job.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
