From the reviews
I don’t know where to start, because honestly, I didn’t think I’d ever feel this good again. For nearly two years, I was dealing with back pain so severe that it was affecting every single part of my life — and when you play a significant amount of rounds of golf a year and plan your winters around courses in Florida…
I came to Move Strong as an active adult dealing with shoulder pain. Morgan and the rest of the Move Strong team take a systems approach to address the root cause of pain. The treatment feels productive and is built into what my current training program. Only a few sessions in, I’m already seeing huge progress.
I have been working with the team from Move Strong for almost 3 years now and I can’t say enough about the positive experiences I have had there! I can’t say enough good things about Andrew, Cody and the entire Move Strong team. I started with them as a college soccer player, coming off of a hip labral repair surgery.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
