From the reviews

Every once in a while, you meet someone whose kindness and skill change the course of your life. For me, that person was Josh Bruce. When I first met Josh, I was broken — not just my foot, but my spirit. I came into Moses Lake Physical Therapy on a knee scooter, terrified that I might never walk again.

★★★★★ — Pilar, Oct 2025

From the time I called for an appointment the service was top notch! My history with Physical Therapy is extensive, this is the first time I have even considered a recommendation. But…. When it is deserved you MUST say something!

★★★★★ — Mark, May 2022

The very best place to have physical therapy. I have used them for 3 different joint replacements and each time I have been treated with courtesy and respect by the entire staff. They know their business and pay close attention to each patients needs.

★★★★★ — Tommy, May 2023

One of the best physical therapy organizations I have been to. Randy and Josh go out of their way to make sure I had a clear understanding of what needs to be done in order to overcome my physical challenge.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
