My husband and I just had a couples massage at Moonstone this evening, an it was EXCEPTIONAL. We had to reschedule 2x due to weather and they were incredibly accommodating and understanding of the need to reschedule.
I have been coming here for a couple of months now and love it! I have tried many massage places, and this is the only one that meets all my needs. Staff are professional and friendly - I am always greeted at the door. You can schedule in person, over the phone, or through the portal.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Paul is an excellent massage therapist who truly listens to his clients. He takes the time to understand my concerns and adjusts each session to meet my needs. I especially appreciate how well he reads the room—knowing when to check in and when to simply let me relax and unwind.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
