From the reviews
Amazing…only gone a handful of times so far, but they’ve already restored so much of my life! I had pain that I had just pushed through and accepted as part of my life, because I’d been to other chiropractors and nothing changed. This place is truly different and an absolute god send.
Exceptional Service and Successful Treatment! I had an incredible experience at MN Spine and Sport with Dr. Allison Fleming and the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful.
MN Spine and Sport is truly the best of the best!!! The team takes the time to listen carefully to your concerns and creates a personalized treatment plan that actually targets the root cause of your pain rather than just the symptoms.
MN Spine & Sport sets the standard for what a healthcare experience should be. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that this team prioritizes people, not just appointments. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in delivering high-quality care.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
