From the reviews
Highly recommend this service! I have computer work all the time, so my neck and spine hurt permanently. Tetiana helps with with her deep technics with stretching my muscles. She connects all the parts of my body. If it hurts in one spot, she’ll definitely work with some other spots to feel first better.
I don’t normally write reviews but it would be an injustice to not do so. For context, massage is a usual part of my wellness routine. I regularly get massages at least once a month and always deep tissue.
I happened to go to this location when I was experiencing some neck/shoulder/head pain. I am so happy I did! It’s been now about 3-4 months and I cannot imagine not having the deep tissue massage with Tetiana as part of my routine. The pain is gone and Tetiana certainly works out all muscle groups with each visit.
We are so lucky to have found Tetiana! We have tried so many different therapist to alleviate my chronic neck pain and husband’s chronic back pain without any luck for some time. We found relief after the first session and we have become regulars ever since!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
