“Norton was very knowledgeable, she helped me understand what was going on and made a plan to get me back on track.”
“It's hard to explain, but she found tight spots in my shoulders and traps and somehow added just enough pressure to where it felt like my entire body took one big exhale.”
“When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how relaxed yet professional the office felt.”
“I had my first visit with Rachel and she was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind.”
From the reviews
I’ve gone to chiropractors on and off my whole life and have always felt the genuine benefits. But like many people, life got busy and I stopped prioritizing keeping my body aligned. After putting it off for too long, I decided it was time to refocus and get back to chiropractic care.
WOW. I don't know where to start. This place is chiropractor meets rehabilitation meets therapeutic massage all wrapped up into a nice little muscle tension release burrito. Larissa is a Godsend. She worked on my lower back and shoulders and neck for 90 minutes.
Dr. Rachel was amazing! I have been to my fair share of Chiropractors and Rachel is by far the best! She spent time getting to know me and why I was there as well as the history of injuries, etc. that have impacted my body. Then she spent time working with my body to make adjustments and improvements.
I had an issue with some little muscles around my ribs that cause my back to be extremely tight. Went to Rachel and she did a great job as far as treatment at the clinic as well as a plan for exercises to do at home. I was back on the golf course in no time!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
