From the reviews
Venkata was amazing from day one—always attentive to my pain tolerance while ensuring steady progress. She consistently evaluated my progress, challenged me with the right tools and exercises, and applied her exceptional skills to help me improve.
I cannot say enough about how pleased I have been with the care received from Mishock PT in Skippack. I went there for nearly 3 months and everyone is phenomenal! Mari (front desk) always greeted me with a smile and pleasant personality. She was very accommodating with working around my schedule.
Fairy Tale Challenge Crushed!!! First ever 1/2 Marathon complete, total of 19.3 miles between two days. This is one of my greatest achievements. I was very disheartened back in November when I seriously injured my hip flexor and had to stop my training completely due to not being able to walk without a significant…
I have gone to Mishock twice, first for a shoulder injury then after surgery for rotator cuff tears and a bicep tendon repair. I have been very pleased with my care. I work with Dr. Andrew Clemens. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
