I used to go to have massage cost around $40 cheaper in my town. However the deep tissue massage I had in this place is exceptional experience. I am having pain in my neck, continues to shoulder and feel numbness upper arm. I am seeing chiropractor for this pain and I feel the massage from him is not enough.
I had an amazing deep tissue full-body massage with Tom, and I can’t recommend him enough! From start to finish, the experience was top-tier. He was professional, attentive, and had an incredible understanding of muscle tension and pressure points.

This was a great experience. We had a couples massage and it was one of the hardest (deep tissue) yet most relaxing massages I've ever had. After the massage, I literally felt like I was floating on air. They did an AMAZING job. The atmosphere was calm and the customer service was friendly. We'll be back.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
