From the reviews

I had the most amazing lymphatic drainage massage at 35 weeks pregnant. I left feeling so much lighter, relaxed, and refreshed. They made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend for any expecting mama looking for some relief and relaxation!

Terri was amazing! I can honestly say it was the perfect massage experience and hands down the best one I've ever had. She helped tremendously with releasing tension and was very kind and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Updated Review: I was able to reschedule and receive the prenatal Massage and it was a fantastic experience. Missy did everything she could to make things right. I also received my text reminders this time around. Jennifer was such a gem and did a great job with my Prenatal massage!

★★★★★ — Tannessa, May 2026

I cannot recommend JeNae enough! I booked the dry brush treatment followed by the soaking bath and a 90-minute massage, and the entire experience was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The soaking bath gave me the perfect transition into total relaxation.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
