Dr. Paul is great! He's friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He operates outside of the box of just chiropractic and utilizes other holistic techniques such as cupping and acupuncture. Bre is just what a business needs in an administrative role. She's friendly, thorough, and communicates well.
After several years of having no chiropractic treatment, I went to Dr. Paul with severe sciatic nerve pain. I had neck issues also as a result of a fractured vertebrae. I have been going weekly and although I am not 100% pain free, I feel much improvement. I did not get this way overnight.
Dr.Paul and the staff at Mind Body Spine are without a doubt a group of kindhearted and caring people. Dr. Paul takes the time to get to know you and your concerns and does not pressure you in anyway. He focuses on your trouble areas and always checks in every visit to see what is working and what isn’t.
I have Been going there once a week for quite sometime. The Office itself is very nice and Comfortable. Dr. Conti is definitely very knowledgeable and definitely one of the best Chiropractors I have seen in a long time. He had help me manage my lower back issues.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
