From the reviews
I can't recommend Dr. Holly enough! I had been struggling with neck pain and tension for over three years, and I left the office feeling better than I had in years.
Holly is such a great PT to work with. I have been having issues with my right shoulder for almost 3yrs. I started seeing Holly a few months ago to see if she could help. The softball size knot I have has diminished significantly with her help and she has helped me strengthen my muscles to help prevent further issues.
I began having vertigo which is so debilitating! I saw my PCP and went to the ER for help but nothing was helpful. I spoke with another health person who said that I MUST contact Dr. Holly which I did immediately and was able to get in quickly.
I went to Holly after having hamstring pain for nearly a year. As a runner, this pain was holding me back from my daily routine. I tried everything possible to manage it and wasn’t able too.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
