Michel is a very skilled and an intuitive practitioner. On the day I called at his office and left a message was the day I was in agony in back pain and had not slept for an number of days. He must have heard the desperation in my voice and kindly made a space on the same day to see me.
Due to both his character and his multifacted training, Michel is both an excellent listener and an intuitive diagnostician. He used various modalities to set me right when I visited Key West for a week's vacation and ended up with a back spasm the first day. His treatment was gentle yet deep.
Before I started seeing Michel I could not walk a block without limping. I was in a lot of pain. Now my limp is gone and hardly any pain. He is a miracle worker. I still go back for preventative therapy. Michel is a Master Healer!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
