From the reviews
Excellent therapeutic massage and cupping session. I came in with a lot of muscle tension and felt real relief afterward. Everything was customized to my needs and very professional. I left feeling relaxed and much better overall. Highly recommend!
I came in with pretty bad lower back pain from work, and I honestly felt so much better after the massage. The therapist really focused on the tight and sore areas, and I left feeling a lot more relaxed and relieved. I’ll definitely be coming back to treat my body to this kind of care again. :)
Really relaxing and peaceful experience. The massage was exactly what I needed after a long workday! I left feeling so much better and refreshed. Would definitely come back again!
I work in tech and spend way too much time sitting in front of a computer, so my neck and shoulders are constantly tight. The therapist immediately found the areas that needed the most attention and adjusted the pressure based on what I was looking for.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
