From the reviews

One of the most frustrating things is to have an injury and not be able to do the things that you LOVE! Whether that is hiking, biking, running...or just being able to SIT without pain! As a former professional triathlete, I have seen PLENTY of massage therapists, PTs, chiros, body workers, acupuncturists...and more!

Jeremy is absolutely amazing. I have seen him since April 2022, and he is exceptionally intuitive in his craft. My mobility has exponentially increased since I have seen him, and older, athletic injuries that no one was able to alleviate are healing. His expertise extends to nutrition and fitness as well.

Jeremy is an absolute craftsman and specialist in the human body and wellness. Having been through medical school, I can attest that this gentleman knows enough about the human body to be dangerous. Out of all the massages I’ve had as an amateur and professional athlete, this has been the top! 100% recommended!

★★★★★ — Brice, Oct 2024

I’ve been seeing Jeremy for over 4 years now, and he’s a lifesaver. He is both intuitive and knowledgeable. You won’t need to tell him what’s ‘wrong’; he knows. He is also kind, ethical, and fun.. just a great person and wonderful medical massage therapist. You won’t be disappointed…

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
