Woke up with neck pain one morning. I kept thinking it would go away, it didn’t. I booked an hour massage focused on my neck and was able to be seen the same day. The environment was clean and relaxing. After an hour massage with Andrea the neck pain was significantly less and was very tolerable.
Well, I really like Andrea! I had never really had a professional massage like this before. I really wasn't sure what to expect but I left feeling much better. She encouraged me to continue my stretching exercises that I had stopped.
What an amazing experience! The massage was so good. I chose the hot stones, and I am sure glad I did. If you want a deep tissue massage, I highly recommend McIntosh massage. Easy online booking amd amazing results.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
