From the reviews
I've worked with numerous chiropractors over the years, but Maverick Chiropractic has blown me away with their level of knowledge and integrated care. I've found such benefit in being able to easily have chiropractic, soft tissue, cupping, and dry needling techniques done the same day.
Maverick Chiropractic provides outstanding service. Dr. Dayna DeMaddis uses a combination of therapies including dry needling and cupping, but it's the active release therapy that has helped me the most (I think). You do not have to deal with pain alone. Join Dr Dayna and the team at Maverick.
I’ve had a great experience here. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the office is always clean and well organized. The doctors are knowledgeable and experienced, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients.
I’ve had an amazing experience at Maverick Chiropractic! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The doctors truly take the time to listen, explain everything, and create a treatment plan that fits your needs instead of rushing you through an appointment.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
