From the reviews

Sarah is freaking amazing! I went in with severe lower back pain where I couldn’t sit or stand very long and very uncomfortable. Sarah stretched and did cupping and massage and I left there moving so much more freely and hardly any pain. She also sent me home with exercises to do at home to help my back stay stretched.

★★★★★ — Melinda, May 2023

My first experience with Sarah was exceptional. She skillfully cleared my lymphatic system in 19 specific areas, effectively detoxifying my body. Sarah's expertise and technique are outstanding, leaving me feeling noticeably lighter and rejuvenated. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a massage.

The quality of the service matches the quantity of the therapist, Sarah, and was an amazing experience. My body hasn’t felt this great in years! I highly recommend her services if you’re looking for detailed body work geared for relief. Awesome stuff!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
