“Great professional, cordial experience & lymphatic massage at a reasonable price.”
From the reviews
I have been seeing Briana for years and the experience has been consistently great. She takes the time to understand what type of massage is needed. I feel refreshed and restored every time.
Hubby was recommended to Bri for his back pain. He came out good, good👍. He was apprehensive but she took care of his back pain. And he was able to go back to work. Thank you, Briana!
Great professional, cordial experience & lymphatic massage at a reasonable price. Review for Fernanda
Bri is incredible! I’ve been going to her for a few years now, and her work is always amazing. She is consistently professional, attentive, and highly skilled. If you’re looking for a fantastic massage therapist, I can’t recommend Bri enough!❤️
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
