From the reviews

I just finished five lymphatic massage sessions with Caitlyn as a post surgery treatment. Caitlyn is a very gifted massage therapist! She has extensive medical knowledge that she generously shares. Her suggestions for what I could do on my own were excellent.

★★★★★ — Paulette, Oct 2022

This review is long overdue. Caitlyn is God sent. Her business is appropriately named. I visited her for a lymphatic drainage massage a few weeks ago. I was extremely nervous as this was my first type of this massage and didn’t know what to expect.

★★★★★ — Janice, Oct 2023

Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a massage with Caitlyn! I have seen her twice now and both times have been absolutely heavenly. I got the hot stone massage and a warm oil scalp massage and I've never felt so pampered and relaxed.

★★★★★ — Kathryn, Jan 2025

I highly recommend Caitlyn. She is a great certified masseuse. I went to her for lymphatic massage and was very pleased with my experience and results. Caitlyn is conscious of keeping you comfortable.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
